- Full-time or Part-time Outpatient Clinic Fitness for Health 11140 Rockville Pike, Suite 303 Rockville, MD 20852 Overview Due to expansion, we are seeking creative, licensed full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists for a state of the art outpatient clinic.
You will split your time between: 80% pediatric
OT:
Treating a diverse pediatric and young adult caseload—including developmental, motor, orthopedic, and neurodivergent populations 20%
Advanced Motor Development:
Coaching, training, and developing gross motor skills using our high-tech exergaming systems, athletic training tools, and sensory-motor equipment for pediatrics and adults/seniors Full-time availability (up to 40 hours per week) is preferred, but part-time candidates with flexible schedules are also encouraged to apply. One weekend day is required for full-time staff.
Caseload / Patient
Population You will work in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic, serving: Children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, developmental/genetic disorders, motor delays, orthopedic needs, learning differences, and more Pediatric and adolescent athletes needing gross motor development, return-to-play conditioning, or movement retraining Clients ranging from early childhood through young adulthood Adults and Seniors through our fitness program for building bone density and for fall prevention Dedicated time is scheduled for notes, parent communication, and treatment planning. What You Will Do Provide exceptional therapy services Lead high-energy motor development and athletic-style training sessions using exergaming, balance systems, and advanced movement platforms Create engaging, motivating, play-based treatment sessions tailored to each child's needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build individualized plans of care Maintain accurate documentation using Clinic Source EMR Support a clinic culture that is fun, loud, energetic, and encouraging for kids and families Clinic Hours The clinic is open 7 days per week.
Typical full-time schedules are:
Sunday-Thursday, 10am-7pm, or Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-7pm One weekend day is required as part of our full-time schedule, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and high-quality care. As a well-renowned clinic, many of our clients travel from surrounding cities and even out of state to receive services, making weekend availability essential to meeting their needs. Team members can choose between a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule to best fit their lifestyle. Weekend shifts are intentionally shortened, ending by 2:00-3:00 PM (depending on start time), so you can still enjoy your day and maintain balance outside of work. This structure also supports a reduced ~36-hour work week while maintaining full-time status—promoting both professional fulfillment and personal well-being. Flexible options are available for part-time candidates. Compensation & Benefits Estimated full-time compensation: $75,000
