Job Description Outpatient Occupational Therapist Thunder Bay Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center Alpena, Michigan Thunder Bay Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on helping patients regain independence, improve function, and return to the activities they value most. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys building relationships, solving functional challenges, and delivering individualized care in a positive outpatient setting. Responsibilities Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, upper extremity, and functional limitations Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily function and quality of life Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home programs, and injury prevention Maintain timely and accurate documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, employers, and referral sources as appropriate Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Skills & Qualifications Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
