The position is specifically an OT Renewal ONLY for the 2026-2027 school year, allowing you to extend your influence and support for another rewarding academic term.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of OT best practices within educational environments Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs Effective communication skills for teamwork with educators, families, and administration Compassionate, flexible, and reliable approach to supporting student development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' functional and educational needs Design and facilitate customized therapy interventions aligned with IEPs Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies in classroom activities Track and document student progress and maintain accurate records Educate families and school personnel on techniques to support student success Engage actively in school meetings, providing insights to enrich student learning and growth
