Occupational Therapist School Setting - Corunna, MI

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide leave coverage within a school setting in Corunna, MI. This role offers the chance to support students with diverse needs while working full time hours in a dynamic educational environment. The assignment begins in November and is expected to last for at least 9 weeks, with the potential for extension. The exact caseload will be determined based on needs at the start of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff to support student progress and functional performance Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records Adapt therapy interventions to meet the varied needs of your caseload Participate in team meetings and parent communications as needed

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Illinois state occupational therapy license Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
