Job Summary The Occupational Therapist provides patient-centered evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. Senior OTs serve as department leaders, providing mentorship, clinical expertise, and advanced practice within their specialty areas.
