Schedule:

Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM , with an estimated 4-5 patient visits per day —and the flexibility to adjust your visit times to fit your preferences and patient schedules. What You'll Do Perform in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and home modifications. Collaborate with nurses, PTs, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist ( OTR/L ) in the state of Michigan. Home health experience preferred, but not required. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Willingness to travel to patients' homes throughout our service area (approximately a 45-mile radius from Gaylord ). Positive, team-oriented attitude—we support each other and do what's best for patients.
