Salary or Per-Visit About Total Care Therapy (TCT) Total Care Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned and operated company providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services in assisted and independent living settings. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities, enhance functional independence, and maintain safety within assisted living environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, treatment visits, 30-day reassessments, re-certifications, and discharges Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals Address ADLs, IADLs, cognitive skills, fine motor coordination, and upper extremity function Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Fabricate or recommend splints as clinically appropriate Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and safety strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state OT license CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approachPreferred:
