Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist. Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, finctional abilities, and quality. Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions. Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
