Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, flexible with potential for a variety of shifts based on patient needs
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain) Competency in Microsoft Windows applications Experience in acute and outpatient therapy preferred Able to supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments using formal and informal measures Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy objectives and home programs Document treatments and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards Recommend and coordinate adaptive/supportive equipment as needed Supervise assistants, aides, and students per policy and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain professional standards in accordance with organizational values of excellence, integrity, teamwork, and accountability
