As an Occupational Therapist working in both acute and outpatient care, you will deepen your expertise while collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals and encountering a wide range of cases. Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable hours depending on caseload and facility needsEssential Qualifications & Experience:
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience in acute care (primary) and/or outpatient settings preferred Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and studentsCore Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' functional abilities using both formal and informal assessments Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Coordinate care closely with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and adaptive strategies Recommend and help secure necessary adaptive/supportive equipment Supervise and mentor therapy assistants, aides, and students per regulatory standards Demonstrate professional integrity, teamwork, and accountability while supporting a culture of clinical excellenceOutstanding Benefits & Travel Perks:
