This role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on clinical work with impactful leadership. The Program Manager provides both direct client support and strategic oversight of unit operations, with a strong focus on increasing client independence in meaningful, job-related tasks. In this position, you will supervise and mentor Day Treatment Unit Leads and Specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care. What You'll Do Provide direct therapeutic support through individual sessions and unit-based programming focused on vocational independence Recommend compensatory strategies, workplace accommodations, and modifications to optimize client success Conduct on-site job evaluations and support clients in real-world work environments Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to align services with individualized treatment plans Supervise and develop Day Treatment Unit Leads and Specialists, ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence in care delivery Oversee daily unit operations, driving quality improvement and best practices across programs Build and maintain strong community partnerships to expand opportunities for client transition into employment

Preferred:
