Core Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct OT services (individual and group) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students' participation in academic, social, and daily living activities Contribute to
MTSS / RTI
initiatives as appropriate What We're Looking For Master's or higher in Occupational Therapy Valid Occupational Therapist license (State Specific) School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting student growth and functional skill development Compensation & Benefits PSI believes in supporting the whole professional — not just filling a role.
