Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (please be prepared to send a verification screenshot when applying) Proven experience working in educational or school settings with K-12 students Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong interpersonal skills—ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Organizational aptitude to efficiently manage a full caseload Flexibility and adaptability within diverse school environments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students under IEPs or 504 Plans Assess and document students' needs, progress, and outcomes Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams Attend IEP meetings and contribute actionable recommendations Develop and oversee therapeutic programs and goals tailored to individual students Support classroom accommodations and modifications for student success Maintain compliance with state and district documentation standards
Position Details:
