We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations, individualized treatment, and family-centered care for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skill needs. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living skills Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support development and independence at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Preferred Pediatric experience Experience with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and feeding therapy Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and ABA providers CPR/First Aid certification preferred Please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
