Required Skills:
Valid state-specific Occupational Therapist license or eligibility Proven experience in rehab or occupational therapy settings Strong assessment and clinical evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Competence in documenting and updating care plans accurately Ability to supervise assistants and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with acute or inpatient rehabilitation settings Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Experience working with diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience Licensure or certifications as required by Michigan state law
