Occupational Therapist Pediatrics PRN Corewell Health United States, Michigan, Zeeland Apr 28, 2026 Scope of Work Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program Preferred Master's Degree LIC-Occupational Therapist

• STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR)
• NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required LIC-Driver's License
• STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT)
