Occupational Therapist - Casual Benedictine Health System • Albany, MN Benedictine Health System • April 30, 2026 The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Qualifications Required - Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing. - Bachelor's degree.
