Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available at a school located in Andover, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential OT services to support the developmental and educational needs of students. Working approximately 15 hours per week across 2 days, this position starts ASAP and continues through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students within the school setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapy goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards Support student participation and success in academic and social activities through therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant school-based OT experience Familiarity with educational frameworks and student-centered intervention plans Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families Ability to manage time efficiently to accommodate the 2-day weekly schedule
