What You'll Be DoingRestore Function And Confidence Perform comprehensive in-home occupational therapy evaluations Develop personalized treatment plans focused on safety, ADLs, and independence Deliver hands-on interventions to improve coordination, strength, and motor skills Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications Help patients maximize their functional abilities and quality of life Collaborate With A Great Team Partner closely with nurses, Physical Therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary clinicians Educate patients and caregivers on compensatory techniques and safety strategies Document care accurately using EMR systems Contribute to outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction Required Qualifications Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively Preferred Qualifications Home health experience Experience with EMR systems Experience with geriatric or medically complex patients Passion for relationship-based, patient-centered care Occupational Therapy Is About More Than Recovery.
