Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence through the use of therapeutic techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor skills, coordination, and mobility Teach patients how to properly use adaptive equipment to enhance their independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing daily tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications and Skills:
