AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy in Lakeville, MN. This full-time role will support the district's classrooms and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve their independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living and functional skills Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive strategies, and home programs Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support patient independence Stay current on occupational therapy best practices and continuing education requirements Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current or eligible Minnesota Occupational Therapist licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply Why You'll Love Working with
