Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist based near the vibrant Bloomington, MN area. This full-time position spans 40 hours per week from August through December 2026, supporting students in a dynamic school setting. With a 3:1 service delivery model and no case management required, you will have the ability to focus on providing impactful, hands-on support to learners without the administrative burden.
Qualifications & Experience:
Holds valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric OT best practices and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators and families Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in diverse school environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Utilize a 3:1 model to balance direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration time Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for well-rounded student support Conduct assessments and maintain clear, concise documentation for each student served Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support students' educational goals
