401(k) matching Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Olea Pediatric Therapy is seeking to hire an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an immediate part-time or full-time position. Olea Pediatric Therapy contracts with various ABA facilities in the Twin Cities and is looking for a COTA with experience providing occupational therapy in an ABA setting, or willingness to learn. We are looking for an excellent OTR to join our team who is hard working, self motivated, and organized! The OT will join a team 28 established clinicians to offer exceptional assessment, treatment, and team collaboration for children with a variety of disorders, predominantly Autism. This position offers the opportunity to work with a culturally and linguistically diverse group of clients and families.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree or higher License to practice occupational therapy from the Minnesota Department of Health. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload by providing treatment sessions, collaboration with clients' team of caregivers, schools, and other treatment providers, and paperwork including daily notes, plans of care, and re-evaluations. Candidates must have strong skills to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Preferred experience in working with the pediatric population Preferred experience in working with autistic children Work Location (hiring for 2 locations) New Hope, Minnesota Coon Rapids, Minnesota Hours Work week is Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible Daily schedules range from 6-10 hour days, based on personal preference Hiring for Full-time or Part-time Compensation $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
