What You'll Be DoingDeliver Functional, Patient-Centered Care Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on safety and independence Assess ADLs, home safety concerns, adaptive equipment needs, and mobility challenges Educate patients and caregivers on strategies that improve function and quality of life Help patients maximize independence in their own environment Partner With An Exceptional Team Collaborate with physicians, nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and interdisciplinary clinicians Participate in care planning and coordination Complete timely and accurate documentation Support outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction Required Qualifications Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Preferred Qualifications Home health experience Experience with medically complex or geriatric patients Passion for relationship-driven, patient-centered care Some Weekend Jobs Simply Fill Time.
