Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, coordination, and self-care abilities. Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic techniques. Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech-language pathologists, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Stay current with evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy practices. Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of the NBCOT examination. Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure. One year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Strong understanding of occupational therapy techniques and adaptive equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
