Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with long-term care residents to help them achieve their maximum level of independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support residents' daily living activities. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid Occupational Therapist license in MN. Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
