Job Description
At Professional Rehabilitation Consultants, we are dedicated to helping individuals improve their daily functioning, emotional wellness, and quality of life through compassionate, client-centered occupational therapy services. Our clinic specializes in mental health treatment across the lifespan, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing challenges, people in recovery for substance abuse and other behavioral and emotional health needs. We believe in a collaborative, supportive environment where therapists are empowered to make meaningful impacts in the lives of their clients.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing mental health-focused occupational therapy clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, emotional regulation, sensory integration, executive functioning, and helping clients develop practical life skills for success at home, school, work, and within the community. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary providers in a supportive and innovative clinical setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat clients with mental health, behavioral, emotional, and sensory regulation needs Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and daily living skills Address executive functioning, coping skills, social participation, emotional regulation, and sensory processing Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and mental health professionals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Educate clients on therapeutic strategies and home programming Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunitiesJob Type:
