Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing physical, emotional, developmental, or social challenges to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' mobility, strength, coordination, and functional abilities Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independent living Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients Document clients' progress and communicate with insurance companies to secure reimbursement for services Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy

Qualifications and Skills:
