$38.85 -$51.79/hr •Rates offered will reflect applicable experience. Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting patient evaluations and assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing patient-centered treatment across a variety of age groups. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment, supporting patients in achieving optimal independence and functional outcomes, and may be expected to provide flexibility to support care needs across departments or affiliated facilities as needed. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, licensed or license-eligible in the State of Minnesota, and certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Orthopedic and sensory integration experience is preferred but not required.
