Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation Rates Flexible 1099 Scheduling Options Mentorship & Clinical Support School-Based Academy, ideal for therapists newer to the school setting Continuing Education Support Lending Library & Therapist Resource Hub Collaborative Team Environment Referral Bonus Program Position Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students qualifying for OT as a related service Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students experiencing deficits impacting academic performance Interpret evaluation findings and recommendations to parents, staff, and IEP teams Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs aligned with student IEP goals Provide individual and group therapy services in educational settings Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary and IEP teams Collaborate with teachers, specialists, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success and classroom carryover Monitor student progress and modify interventions as appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, IEP goals/objectives, and required reports Train and support educational staff, therapy assistants, and paraprofessionals in implementing therapy strategies Order and maintain therapy materials and equipment while following accepted safety practices Stay current with best practices in school-based occupational therapy Perform additional duties as assigned by district leadership or Special Services administration Qualifications Active Missouri Occupational Therapist License Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain compliant documentation and manage caseload responsibilities Required state and district clearances About Kelly Pediatric Therapy Backed by the strength and stability of Kelly Services, Kelly Pediatric Therapy is a leading provider of school-based therapy and related services nationwide.
