PRN/Per Diem Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to our residents on an as-needed basis, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and overall well-being Conduct assessments, set goals, and evaluate progress in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate and train residents, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:
