PRN Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to our residents on an as-needed basis, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and overall well-being Conduct assessments, set goals, and evaluate progress in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate and train residents, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, with experience working with geriatric populations preferred Current Occupational Therapy (OTR) license/registered in the state of Missouri Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals
