Required Skills:
Valid state Occupational Therapist license and good standing Proven experience in a long-term care or similar setting Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatment planning Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to supervise and collaborate with assistant and aide staff Proficient in designing and fabricating splints based on physician prescriptions Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in LTC settings
Other Requirements:
