Job Description

Performance Therapy is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our team partners with patients and families to support children and adults with developmental delays, injuries, neurological conditions, and functional challenges in an encouraging, patient-centered environment. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice occupational therapy. Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in a mixed caseload encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Genuine passion for helping patients of all ages achieve independence and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric and adult patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, and overall function. Provide therapy in an engaging, patient-centered environment that promotes participation and progress across all age groups. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations. Stay current on the latest occupational therapy techniques, research, and best practices for both pediatric and adult care.
