What You'll Do:

Conduct high-level assessments and develop IEP goals that move the needle for students with diverse needs. Provide creative, evidence-based interventions in fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation. Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents, serving as the resident expert on functional independence. Participate in FSEC's internal clinical roundtables to share knowledge and solve complex cases.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.

Licensure:

Eligible for or currently holding a Montana OT license (and OPI certification).

Mindset:

A team-first attitude with a passion for rural school excellence.

Experience:
