The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members. About Advanced Therapy Clinic Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ST, OT, PT, ABA, Counseling and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring OT and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents. Patience and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well with others and independently. Flexibility and fluid with managing a caseload. Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans. Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed. Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities. Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care. Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients. Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available. In-person Education and Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association). Certified by the National Board for Certification. Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements. Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and occupational therapy programs.
