Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current OT license (Montana or eligible for licensure) Experience working in hospital-based therapy (in-patient and out-patient) Comfort treating a range of diagnoses: orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, musculoskeletal Strong communication and team collaboration skills Adaptable to diverse patient populations and care settings
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to patients across in-patient, out-patient, and home care environments Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case discussions Conduct therapy sessions for both adult and pediatric cases, including school and home visits Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards
