We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Plentywood, MT. This position supports a rural hospital setting with outpatient and inpatient services, long-term care, a rural health clinic, and occasional school and home visits. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Montana Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing occupational therapy across settings such as inpatient hospital care, outpatient clinic, long-term care/nursing home, and school visits. Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, developmental pediatric, and musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, dry needling, or LSVT Big and Loud program preferred. Previous experience in a rural hospital or community with mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload preferred.
Assignment Details Shift:
Days. Work will include both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, long-term care, school visits, and occasional home care visits. Candidates should be prepared to work in a rural hospital environment serving a small community and to collaborate across an interdisciplinary rehab department. and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who'll give you more information!
