Acute-care hospital with inpatient and outpatient rehab services Housing assistance available Extension opportunities Responsibilities Perform initial OT evaluations and ongoing re-assessments for adult and pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, mobility, fine motor skills, and cognitive-perceptual needs. Deliver OT interventions as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team, collaborating with physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians. Document progress notes, participate in discharge planning, and coordinate home care visits or school consultations as indicated. Educate patients and families on activity modification, energy conservation, safety, and home exercise programs. Support program elements across orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and musculoskeletal injuries while coordinating with other rehab services when appropriate.
