Overview Occupational Therapist — Acute Care travel assignment in Plentywood, MT. This 13-week, dayshift role offers a guaranteed 35 hours per week with a pay range of $2,199 to $2,331 per week.

Acute-care hospital with inpatient and outpatient rehab services Housing assistance available Extension opportunities Responsibilities Perform initial OT evaluations and ongoing re-assessments for adult and pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, mobility, fine motor skills, and cognitive-perceptual needs. Deliver OT interventions as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team, collaborating with physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians. Document progress notes, participate in discharge planning, and coordinate home care visits or school consultations as indicated. Educate patients and families on activity modification, energy conservation, safety, and home exercise programs. Support program elements across orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and musculoskeletal injuries while coordinating with other rehab services when appropriate. Requirements Active Occupational Therapy license in Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure Degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program (OTD or MOT) and NBCOT certification or eligibility Ability to work effectively in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings with adult and pediatric patients Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment and commit to a 35-hour work week, dayshift Strong communication and documentation skills; proficiency with standard EHR systems Capable of collaborating in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and performing home care or school-based visits as needed Benefits and Support Housing assistance provided Guaranteed hours 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and onboarding Extension opportunities Dedicated support throughout the assignment On-site orientation and clinical support Find more opportunities Interested in other OT travel roles or similar openings?
