Occupational Therapist (OT) Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing therapy team. You will work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, goal-oriented therapy services. Essential Responsibilities Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to ensure coordinated care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, progress, and adaptive strategies Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely per regulations Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies Contribute positively to a culture of respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state (or eligible for licensure) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork Desire to be part of a positive, evolving organization Why Join Us?
