Job Description

Seeking OTR or COTA to build a caseload in The Greater Charlotte Area Company Description Life Touch Therapy PLLC is a pediatric therapy provider dedicated to supporting children and their families through high-quality, compassionate care. The practice focuses on helping children develop functional skills that enhance their daily living, learning, and play. Services are tailored to each child's unique needs, with an emphasis on collaboration with caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Life Touch Therapy PLLC values a supportive, team-oriented environment where clinicians can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the community. Role Description This Occupational Therapist role is based in Charlotte, NC and focuses on providing pediatric occupational therapy services in the clients home. Responsibilities include evaluating children's functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play. The Occupational Therapist will document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other clinicians to support carryover of skills across home, school, and community settings. The therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to care planning, and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications NC License in Occupational Therapy Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development to effectively address the needs of children and their families. Understanding of Rehabilitation principles to support functional outcomes and promote independence in daily activities. Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Experience in pediatric outpatient, school-based, or similar settings is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Commitment to inclusive, family-centered care and ongoing professional learning.
