What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and cognitive development. Create personalized treatment plans to help children gain independence. Use play-based interventions to develop fine motor, self-care, and social skills. Collaborate with families to support progress at home and in daily activities. Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state NC OT license Strong communication and teamwork skills. Growth mindset and willingness to learn new techniques. Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but strong candidates with a desire to specialize in pediatric care will be considered!
