COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Occupational Therapist (OT) Competitive salary starting at $95,500 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and more 180 hours of PTO - increases annually with rollover 11 paid holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient level of care for nursing home eligible older adults with responsibilities of completing some assessments and interventions within the home based on the participants needs. Manage 5-6 patients per day Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient population: Ages 50+ QUALIFICATIONS

Occupational Therapist (OT) Preference for candidates with geriatric experience MOT or DOT required Compassionate clinicians with a genuine passion for elder care Strong communication and patient-centered approach
