Licensed Occupational Therapist We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with diverse populations—especially older adults—and who thrives in a supportive, collaborative care environment. Your expertise in areas such as geriatrics, acute care, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and occupational health will play a vital role in helping residents achieve meaningful progress. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and needs Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, balance, and sensory processing Teach adaptive strategies and techniques to enhance independence in daily activities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, high‑quality treatment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and outcome reports Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid North Carolina OT License Experience working with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others and meet the qualifications above, we would love to hear from you.
