Self Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This position is currently part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand. Hours will vary based on patient demand and scheduling needs. About Us Self Care Therapy specializes in the treatment of lymphedema, edema management, wound care, and related conditions. We are committed to helping our patients improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care delivered with compassion and professionalism. What Makes This Opportunity Unique No prior lymphedema experience required Comprehensive on-site training provided Opportunity to develop specialized skills in a growing field Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Potential for advancement into a full-time position Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients according to occupational therapy standards of practice Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Participate in ongoing professional development and specialty training Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in learning specialized lymphedema treatment techniques Preferred (but Not Required) Experience in outpatient rehabilitation Experience with edema, wound care, oncology rehabilitation, or lymphedema management Schedule Part-time Flexible hours Potential to transition into a full-time position Benefits Hourly pay.
