Winston-Salem, North Carolina Job Summary:
Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic rehab team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and reach their highest level of functioning.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Identify and address barriers to independence and provide education and training to residents and their families Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care and employ evidence-based practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!) Active occupational therapist license in the state of North Carolina Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
