Job Description

Experience and a passion working with children and adults Able to clearly and effectively communicate with patients and doctor Self-motivated and independent with creative abilities Positive, team-first attitude
Job Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with patients to treat vision problems that affect learning and performance Collaborate with the doctor and other teammates to develop schedule and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients and parents/guardians Contribute to a collaborative team environment by providing support across departments as needed.
Ideal backgrounds:
While no vision therapy is required and training is provided, candidates with experience in the following areas often excel in this role: paraprofessional or teacher's aide education or special education childcare of youth programs Position starts as part-time but has the potential to become full-time. We offer on the job training and a fun work environment.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
