As an Occupational Therapist with Northland PACE, you'll go beyond providing care—you'll empower older adults to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Through hands-on care, creative problem-solving, and collaboration, you'll play a key role in improving participants' mobility, function, and overall well-being—both in the Day Center and in their homes—helping them stay independent and truly thrive. As a PACE Occupational Therapist , you'll combine clinical expertise with compassion to support each participant every step of the way, completing assessments and reassessments, developing personalized treatment plans with meaningful goals, and delivering therapy that enhances quality of life. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you'll continually evaluate progress, adjust care plans, and guide participants toward successful outcomes and greater independence.
