As a PACE Occupational Therapist , you'll combine clinical expertise with compassion to support each participant every step of the way, completing assessments and reassessments, developing personalized treatment plans with meaningful goals, and delivering therapy that enhances quality of life. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you'll continually evaluate progress, adjust care plans, and guide participants toward successful outcomes and greater independence.
