Job Description:

Meadow Medical Staffing is seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility to choose your own schedule, work up to full-time hours, and receive competitive pay with assignments across various settings and facilities. The ideal candidate is looking for a flexible role with industry-leading compensation. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions and be comfortable traveling to multiple client locations depending on availability and location.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with facility staff and fellow clinicians to ensure high-quality care. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized care plans based on patient assessments, goals, and treatment protocols. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and home care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Travel to various facilities based on location and availability.

Requirements:

Must have an Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited university. Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nebraska (or willing to obtain a Nebraska license).
