  • Hillcrest Millard Innovate Rehab and Wellness is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Millard!

Complete evaluations using appropriate assessments and establish individualized plans of care Deliver therapy treatments that support progress toward functional goals and independence Accurately document services and ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment Supervise and delegate to assistants, rehab techs, and support staff as appropriate What should I have to be considered?
